  • Can I sign up for the fan club at a concert?

    Not at this time.

  • Can international fans sign up?

    Yes, all Idina fans are eligible to join the club regardless of where they live.

  • Fan club membership benefits include:

  • How do I pay for membership? What method of payment will I be able to use?

    Credit Card:

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  • How long will my membership last if I join?

    One year from the date you activate your membership.

  • I received a promo code from the ticket pre-sales. Where do I enter my code?

    If you participated in the ticket pre-sales via Ticketmaster or another venue and already paid for your fan club membership. You can enter your promo code here.

  • I Registered, but cannot log in

    You should have received a confirmation e-mail from us to complete your registration. If you did not, it may have ended up in your spam or you may have entered the wrong e-mail address, please contact Customer Service.

  • I was charged twice for the fan club membership, how do I get the second charge canceled?

    Please contact fansupport@wbrsupport.com for a refund on the second charge.

  • If I decide to not join the fan club, will I still be able to get good seats for Idina concerts?

    Fan club members get access to the best seats FIRST. Should there be front row seats still open when the public ticket sale launches, then anyone will have a chance at getting them.

  • What does my $25 Gift Card get me?

    The code you receive can be used in the Idina Menzel official online store on any merchandise items. It cannot be used on any music products.

  • What if I joined the club by participating in a ticket pre-sale?

    After your ticket purchase is complete, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the fan club.

    The e-mail you will receive when the club launches will contain your registration code that can be used to enter the fan club. You will need to register for the fan club and activate your membership to receive the code for your $25 gift certificate.

  • What if I never received an e-mail with my registration information or gift certificate code?

    If you did not receive an e-mail containing your registration information, please e-mail fansupport@wbrsupport.com.

  • Will only fan club members be eligible for the meet and greets?

    No. Some shows will host meet and greet events for outside partners such as radio stations and contest winners. Fan club meet and greets will however, only be open to members and their guests.

  • Will there be a fan party before my concert, or was that a special event for San Diego only?

    Special fan events will always be announced as a news post in the fan club. Only fan club members along with 1 guest per member will be eligible to attend.

  • Will there be a meet and greet at the concert I am going to?

    Most concerts will have a meet and greet event. Please read the news section or message board to learn if the concert you are going to will have a meet and greet. Instructions on how to enter to win a meet and greet will also be posted in the fan club on the message board and as a news post.

  • Will we also have to pay to access these message boards?

    The message boards will still be free, but there will be a password-protected section that only fan club members will be able to access. You will receive this password in your fan club welcome e-mail.

  • How can I change my birth date on my user profile?

    1. Click on PROFILE.
    2. Click on EDIT.
    3. Click on PERSONAL. The first option on PERSONAL is entering your birth date.
    4. Once you’ve made the change, click on SUBMIT to save it.

  • How do I shut off the media player on the site?

    Click on the square button on the media player.
