Wicked 5th Anniversary Edition

To honor the upcoming 5th anniversary of Wicked, the Original Broadway Cast recording is being re-released as a special edition 2-disc CD set on October 28th. Idina contributed a remix of "Defying Gravity" to the album which is now available for pre-order via Amazon or Barnes & Noble.

WICKED 5TH ANNIVERSARY SHOW

Does anyone know if Idina will be appearing in NYC on Monday October 27 in Wicked's 5th Anniversary show?? An all star cast is scheduled to appear with a ticket range from $350 to $1000 with proceeds going to charity.

WHOA! oh my god! that is so cool!!! I want to see that SOOO badly. Idina is so fantastic, and her chemistry with Kristin Chenoweth is amazing! I can't wait!!!!

Do you live in Pennsylvania? I know that sounds creepy but if so do you go to North Penn High School because I was in my English class and one of the bio poems had a picture that looked like you. I know that sounds really creepy, trust me its just that its a small world. lol

Yes..there will be a few other Elphie's appearing on the second CD.. the Japan (not sure of her name lol) and German (Willemijn Verkaik) Elphaba's will have songs on it, as well as Kerry Ellis and Stephanie J Block (who is singing "Making Good" which I am so excited about lol)..and of course Idina will have the DG remix haha..

Wicked Japan, Idina's defying gravity remix, kerry ellis' version of im not that girl, and the current cast recording of For Good. Hope that helped :)
