i stand

i stand is definately my favorite, because its so like meaningful.
idina truly has a beautiful and natural voice. its amazing.

the girl who said she was 12 i think her name was Katie..so cute! :]
I used to be like that but i have all of the songs memorized and stuff lol.

I love them all!

i cant honestly choose which one i luv more because they are all freaking good! she is a terrific singer and i would love to meet her in person. but if i absolutely had to choose one it would probably be i stand...i dunno...they are all good!:)

I Stand

Of course I love all of Idina's songs, but I think "I Stand" is the song that everyone can identify with the most. That's part of what I love about Idina's songs. They all have such extremely powerful words, they get right to the core of a person and the feelings that we all have. Then you add that voice to the words and you have... magic!

Toss up.

It's a toss up. The acoustic version of "I Stand" is even more powerful than the original (if that's possible), and it kills me--and then revives me and makes me want to fly--every single time. But then "Gorgeous" is so delightfully unexpected, and for that reason jumps out and grabs me by the proverbial balls (well, at least I imagine that's what having your balls gripped feels like) with another level of emotion which isn't as pronounced in the orginal album track.

So hard for me to choose.... I honestly LOVE all of the acoustic versions. But I had to choose "Gorgeous"... it's so unplugged and raw and awesome!
